Head Chef – Limassol

About the role

La Petite Maison is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead its kitchen in Limassol. You will mentor the culinary team, ensure exceptional French‑Mediterranean cuisine, and uphold the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and support kitchen staff, acting as their primary point of reference.
• Conduct weekly meetings and performance reviews together with the Sous Chef.
• Allocate chefs to sections based on strengths, provide targeted training, and manage succession planning.
• Monitor and achieve yearly business targets set by the Global Team.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to craft appealing menu descriptions.
• Assist HR in recruitment to align headcount with budget and fill all positions.

Required profile

• Culinary Arts School Certificate.
• 2‑3 years of proven experience as a Head Chef in a reputable stand‑alone restaurant.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
