Global Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Global Operations Lead to own and optimise our physical assets, real‑estate portfolio and daily logistics across Cyprus and international locations. The role combines hands‑on facilities oversight, fleet management and vendor coordination to ensure seamless operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Lead management of existing offices in Cyprus and worldwide, source new spaces, supervise office builds and drive renovation projects from concept to completion.
• Act as the primary contact for landlords, vendors and contractors, negotiating, executing and monitoring all contractual agreements.
• Oversee the corporate vehicle fleet, handling leases, insurance, maintenance schedules and vehicle allocations.
• Manage apartment rental contracts and coordinate corporate housing logistics for employees.
• Travel internationally as needed to set up new locations, supervise cross‑border operations and enforce global standards.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in operations, facilities management or a similar role handling complex logistics and procurement.
• Exceptional organisational ability to manage multi‑layered tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Resilience under pressure with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel abroad frequently.

Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully managing vendors, real‑estate and vehicle contracts.
