FX Sales Retention Specialist (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced FX Sales Retention Specialist to join our team in Limassol. The role focuses on converting high‑quality leads into long‑term customers and maintaining strong relationships within the Forex and CFD trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote company products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships in the FX/CFD trading sector.
• Convert high‑quality leads into active, retained customers.
• Drive client retention and increase lifetime value through proactive engagement.
• Provide continuous high‑level service and support to clients.
• Monitor financial markets and stay updated on industry developments.
• Handle client objections effectively and support conversion and retention goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Arabic (written and spoken) and fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Previous experience in retention within the Forex & CFD industry.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading products.
• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines.
• Strong objection‑handling and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with basic mathematical understanding.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with financial trading platforms and brokerage environments.
• Basic mathematical analysis.
