Fund Accounting Supervisor

About the role

MUFG Investor Services, a division of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, supports public and private funds with fund administration, banking, payments, custody and regulatory services. It is looking for a Fund Accounting Supervisor in Limassol to lead a team responsible for fund accounting, NAV reporting and financial reporting deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management and development of the fund accounting team.
• Review and oversee client deliverables for accuracy, quality and timely completion.
• Support team planning, training and workload management.
• Lead audit and financial reporting activities with clients, auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain strong controls, compliance and high standards of client service.
• Identify process improvements and support operational and technology initiatives.
• Oversee fee billing and collections for assigned clients.
• Support ad hoc projects and other tasks as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CFA, CPA or equivalent) is an asset.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting.
• 4+ years of experience in fund administration, investment management, auditing or a similar financial services environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and client service.
