Full Stack Engineer

About the role

ASETO, an AI startup focused on communication agents, is seeking a versatile Full Stack Engineer to help turn experimental ideas into functional software. Based in Larnaca, Cyprus, you will work in a fast‑moving environment where rapid prototyping and immediate impact are the norm.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype and develop proof‑of‑concepts based on evolving internal needs.
• Work across the full technology stack to build simple, effective implementations.
• Explore, integrate, and evaluate new APIs, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers and leadership to refine experimental concepts.
• Maintain clean, modular code that can be extended or reused.
• Balance speed with quality to deliver high‑impact results in short cycles.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack development experience with both front‑end and back‑end components.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Creative problem‑solver who enjoys exploring uncharted technical territory.
• Passion for programming, tinkering, and building new tools.
