Foreman

About the role

bbf is a fast‑growing real‑estate and construction company operating in Cyprus. They are looking for an experienced Foreman to lead site operations, coordinate teams and ensure projects are delivered safely and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure project staff and subcontractors perform their duties effectively.
• Coordinate communication between suppliers, subcontractors and the engineering HSE team.
• Provide, monitor and control labour, plant and materials to meet the programme.
• Guarantee safe execution in line with contract specifications, quality standards, HSE legislation and client requirements.
• Maintain a full and accurate daily site diary, recording changes, variations and subcontractor activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience.
• Proven experience in concrete structure works such as formwork, steel reinforcement and concrete placement.
• Broad knowledge of construction processes including earthwork, metal and carpentry works, and MEP/HVAC installations.
• Excellent communication, organisational and supervisory abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
