FinCrime Training & Quality Specialist

About the role

Plum is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented FinCrime Training & Quality Specialist to support the continuous development of its Financial Crime Operations function. The role will ensure that training programs, procedural documentation, and quality assurance activities are up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for FinCrime team members, develop and maintain training materials, and track completion records.
• Own the FinCrime procedures library, draft and update operational procedures, work instructions, and process maps, and coordinate periodic reviews with compliance leads.
• Support quality control reviews, track findings, conduct root‑cause analysis, and assist with corrective action planning.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, collect feedback to improve training content, and support change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on detail.
• Experience in financial crime operations, including AML, KYC, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring.
• Ability to develop training programs, maintain documentation, and support quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication skills to deliver workshops and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
