Experienced Actuarial Consultant – Non-Life & Pensions

About the role

PwC Cyprus is seeking an experienced actuarial professional to join its Actuarial Services team. The role focuses on non‑life insurance and pensions, offering the chance to work on a variety of client engagements and cross‑border projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver actuarial and multidisciplinary assignments across insurance, pensions and related advisory areas.
• Provide technical actuarial support, including analysis, reporting, modelling, review and communication of results.
• Act as a primary day‑to‑day contact for clients and coordinate with PwC teams locally and internationally.
• Contribute to PwC network projects, gaining exposure to international methodologies and market practices.
• Support practice development through propositions, methodologies, internal training and knowledge sharing.
• Coach junior team members and support their professional development.

Required profile

• Partly‑qualified, nearly qualified or newly qualified actuary, or equivalent actuarial experience.
• Experience in either non‑life insurance actuarial work or pensions actuarial work.
• Strong technical actuarial skills with experience in reserving, pricing, capital, risk, financial reporting, Solvency II, IFRS 17, pension valuations or employee benefits.
