Dispatcher / Reservations – Transportation

About the role

The Dispatcher/Reservations role ensures smooth transportation operations by handling bookings, creating reservations, and assigning drivers and vehicles. You will work closely with the supervisor and monitor daily trip summaries to meet service demands.

Key responsibilities

• Receive booking requests via email or phone and create reservations in the transportation system.
• Monitor GPS, check hotel bookings daily, and update the system accordingly.
• Study daily trip summaries and assign appropriate vehicles, buggy units, and drivers.
• Ensure sufficient staffing and vehicle availability for planned and ad‑hoc trips.
• Assign drivers to new bookings and guarantee on‑time dispatch according to schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a dispatcher in the hotel or vehicle‑leasing sector.
• Primary school graduate with ability to work under pressure and on flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).
• Fluent in Greek and English, pleasant personality, well‑groomed and customer‑service oriented.
• High commitment to results, integrity, discretion and self‑motivation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using GPS tracking systems.
