Digital Marketing Manager – Property Development

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to coordinate multi‑channel campaigns for a leading property development company in Limassol. The role will ensure alignment of goals, assets, timelines and stakeholders across all digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multi‑channel campaign calendars and briefs.
• Align goals, audiences, messaging, deliverables and timelines.
• Liaise with brand, product, design, content, sales teams and external agencies.
• Manage traffic assets, approvals and ensure brand/legal compliance.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, run stand‑ups and recaps.
• Monitor pacing, budgets and compile performance updates.
• Manage asset libraries and version control.
• Coordinate website, CRM and content updates with relevant teams.
• Document processes and SOPs.

Required profile

• Fluent English; Russian strongly preferred, Greek a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing coordination or project management.
• Strong project‑management and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven multitasker.
• Based in Limassol and available for onsite work.

• Competitive gross salary of €2,200‑€2,500 per month.
• 12‑month salary structure plus annual bonus.
• Standard working hours 08:00‑17:00 or 09:00‑18:00 with a 1‑hour lunch break.
