Digital Communication Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Communication Specialist to join SkillOnNet’s Internal Marketing team. In this role you will coordinate and execute CRM‑driven marketing campaigns across multiple iGaming brands and markets, ensuring timely delivery of promotional content, translations and creative assets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and launch CRM Email and Viber campaigns for various brands.
• Collaborate with Design, Content, Localization, CRM and Product teams to request, track and obtain copy, translations, banners and other assets.
• Verify links, branding and promotional offers for accuracy before launch.
• Maintain campaign calendars, update stakeholders on task status and perform post‑launch checks.
• Investigate and resolve campaign issues, escalating technical problems when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal marketing processes and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Excellent organizational and project‑coordination abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality communications.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Ability to work across multiple departments in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM email and messaging platforms.
• Familiarity with campaign scheduling and tracking tools.
