About the role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Deputy Chief Marketing Officer to work closely with our Global CMO. The role will help shape VBet’s worldwide brand positioning while translating global strategy into local market execution across regulated gambling and crypto sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Global CMO in refining and executing a future‑ready brand strategy for regulated markets.
• Co‑drive a unified yet culturally adaptive brand rollout across all territories.
• Develop and lead high‑impact marketing initiatives that drive growth and revenue.
• Coordinate with regional executives to ensure alignment and excellence in each market.
• Mentor senior marketing professionals, fostering innovation and creative performance.
• Maintain strong financial discipline, optimizing ROI through data‑driven decisions.
• Safeguard a consistent brand voice across digital campaigns, sponsorships, and events.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, regulators, and industry partners in gambling and crypto.
• Act as deputy for the CMO when required, ensuring continuity of leadership.

Required profile

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in B2C iGaming.
• Proven track record of supporting or leading multi‑market brand initiatives.
• Strong operational mindset ready to grow into broader leadership.
• Experience in regulated gambling and crypto industries is essential.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across diverse cultures.
