Data Engineer – Build Scalable Data Pipelines

About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our Data Team and build reliable data pipelines that power analytics and decision‑making across the company. You will work with SQL, Python and a modern AWS‑based data platform, collaborating with engineers, analysts and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python on AWS services.
• Create and manage datasets for reporting, analytics and other business use cases.
• Implement batch and streaming processing with tools such as Apache Spark, PySpark and Kafka.
• Ensure data quality, monitor pipeline health and troubleshoot production issues.
• Support data integration from relational and non‑relational sources and evolve the data platform architecture.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering or analytics engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Hands‑on experience building or maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Familiarity with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non‑relational databases (MongoDB) and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Comfortable working with Git and Unix/Linux environments.
