Danish Customer Advisor – Relocation to Larnaca, Cyprus

About the role

Join a leading global gaming brand as a Danish Customer Advisor based in sunny Larnaca, Cyprus. You will be the first point of contact for Danish‑speaking players, helping them with product queries, technical issues and general support while enjoying a supportive, multilingual team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond efficiently to all customer enquiries in Danish within agreed timeframes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of the company’s gaming consoles and services.
• Handle correspondence, log calls accurately and follow internal procedures.
• Maintain and update all job‑related administrative forms.
• Identify when issues need escalation to senior staff or other departments.

Required profile

• Native or proficient Danish (C2) and intermediate English (B1).
• Excellent phone etiquette, attentive listening and strong written communication.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Cyprus.
• Willingness to relocate to Larnaca (on‑site work).
