VIP Support Manager

About the role

GoMining is looking for a VIP Support Manager to look after its most valuable clients. You will own a portfolio of VIP accounts and act as their main point of contact, resolving requests quickly, building long-term trust-based relationships and delivering a premium experience. Alongside support, you will identify opportunities to offer clients additional GoMining products and earn uncapped commission on every sale. The position is remote.

Key responsibilities

• Provide premium support to VIP clients via chat, messengers, email and calls, resolving requests quickly and professionally.
• Act as a personal manager for your client portfolio: build trust, understand each client's needs and goals and keep in regular touch.
• Track client requests through to resolution and keep satisfaction consistently high.
• Keep the CRM up to date by logging all interactions, requests and deals.
• Analyse client behaviour and suggest ways to increase engagement and LTV.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and offer relevant products such as digital miners, hashrate and tokens.
• Work with marketing, product and development teams to pass on client feedback and improve the VIP experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, client service or account management, ideally with VIP or high-value clients; crypto, fintech or IT is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, diplomacy and a strong client-oriented mindset.
• English at B2+ level (written and spoken).
• Understanding of crypto, DeFi, NFT and mining, or readiness to learn fast.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle several clients in parallel and stay proactive.

Required skills

• CRM systems and analytics tools.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills, and comfort offering products to clients.
• Nice to have: experience with VIP clients or HNW investors, sales or upselling experience, Russian, German, French or Spanish, and experience in crypto exchanges, payment systems or DeFi products.
