Customer Support Representative – Payment Solutions (Dutch/English)

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑native, fluent English speaker to join a rapidly growing international e‑finance company as a customer support representative. You will assist customers through various channels on invoicing, billing requests, refunds and general support, ensuring a positive experience without any sales responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email or chat with inquiries about invoices, billing, refunds and general support.
• Deliver a great customer experience and maintain a positive feeling throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Dutch native speaker with fluent English.
• Friendly, positive team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Service‑oriented with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good computer proficiency.
