Customer Support Agent – Evening Shift

About the role

IC Funded, the proprietary trading arm of the IC Markets group, is expanding its support function. As a Customer Support Agent you will be the first point of contact for traders and clients, delivering professional assistance across live chat, email and phone during the evening shift.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client and trader inquiries across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot account, platform and trading‑related issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM/support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, payments and compliance to resolve issues.
• Identify recurring problems and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Ensure service standards comply with regulatory requirements (ASIC, CySEC, MiFID II).

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Second language preferred; Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑first attitude.
• Comfortable working independently during evening/night hours (16:00‑00:00 Cyprus time).
• Prior experience in customer support, fintech or brokerage is a plus but not required.
• Based in Cyprus preferred, but remote candidates in compatible time zones are welcome.
