Creative Strategist & Producer – Remote

About the role

Tomorrow University is looking for a senior Creative Strategist & Producer to own demand‑creation for its degree programmes. You will shape the content strategy, craft compelling assets and drive the creative execution that makes prospective students want to enroll.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the content strategy across programmes, markets, paid, organic and social channels.
• Translate positioning into memorable copy, design, photography and video.
• Lead creative production for program launches and seasonal campaigns from concept to execution.
• Produce core assets yourself – writing, filming, editing, designing in Figma or Canva.
• Set and execute the social content strategy, generate ideas, write posts and brief UGC creators.
• Collaborate with performance marketing to test creative ideas, track results and iterate.

Required profile

• 7+ years in performance creative, growth marketing, content or social, with a strong track record of hands‑on production.
• Exceptional writing skills for hooks, scripts, ad copy and captions.
• Comfortable shooting and editing video on phone or camera.
• Proficient in designing static assets in Figma or Canva.
• Experienced in creative testing, isolating variables and applying learnings.
• Ability to direct freelancers, creators and designers with clear briefs.
