Cost and Contracts Manager – KEAN Project

About the role

The KEAN Project is a flagship mixed‑use seafront development in Limassol. bbf is seeking an experienced Cost and Contracts Manager to lead cost control and contract administration for this large‑scale initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost control strategies and a cost estimation/forecasting system.
• Create and maintain contract management policies, review and negotiate vendor and supplier agreements.
• Collaborate with project managers to keep projects on budget and schedule, monitoring costs and reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
• Lead a team of cost and contract professionals and contribute to financial and business planning reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, preferably with management responsibilities.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional Greek or Russian is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and supervisory skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction processes and meticulous attention to detail.
