Corporate Legal Counsel

About the role

Our client, a leading iGaming company, is looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel to oversee corporate governance, ensure legal compliance and support strategic projects across the Group. The role works closely with senior stakeholders on corporate, regulatory and commercial matters in multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance and legal compliance.
• Draft and review corporate documents, board resolutions, and agreements.
• Manage corporate housekeeping and statutory filings.
• Support company restructures, M&A, and strategic transactions.
• Liaise with regulators, registries, and external legal counsel.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer (LLB required; LLM advantageous).
• 3+ years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong corporate law and governance knowledge.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in regulated industries or iGaming is a plus.
