Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Mayflower, an international technology company, is looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its Legal department in Limassol. The role involves managing corporate legal matters for a portfolio of companies and supporting the formation of new entities.

Key responsibilities

• Administer daily legal affairs of a portfolio of companies.
• Draft, review and maintain corporate documents and agreements.
• Handle administrative aspects of transactions and ensure effective communication with partners.
• Prepare documentation for new company formation and manage registration with the Registrar of Companies.
• Support integration of electronic filing systems and oversee KYC compliance.
• Maintain and update internal records and file required forms with public authorities.
• Monitor changes in corporate law and assess their impact.
• Prepare minutes, resolutions and annual submissions to the Registrar.

Required profile

• Law degree and membership of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Minimum 4 years of corporate law experience in an international IT or related business environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulations and procedures.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational abilities and professional ethics.
• Proactive attitude with ability to take responsibility and lead matters.
