Corporate Associate Lawyer

About the role

AGPLAW is seeking a Corporate Associate Lawyer to join its Corporate Services Department in Limassol. The role involves managing incorporation, restructuring and ongoing administration of Cyprus and international companies while providing high‑quality legal support to a demanding client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incorporation, restructuring and ongoing administration of Cyprus and international companies.
• Draft, review and file corporate and legal documentation such as resolutions, shareholder agreements, powers of attorney and statutory forms.
• Advise clients on Cyprus corporate law and governance requirements in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Handle day‑to‑day corporate administration and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
• Maintain corporate records, UBO and Trust registers, AML/KYC and Economic Substance compliance.
• Liaise with the Registrar of Companies and other regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Law degree (LLB) with Honours and registration with the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Minimum 4 years of post‑training experience in corporate services, law firm or fiduciary services.
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus Company Law (Cap.113) and corporate services operations.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
