Conversion & Retention Agent (Dutch) – Limassol

About the role

We are looking for motivated Dutch‑speaking Conversion and Retention Agents to join a client’s team in Limassol, Cyprus. The role focuses on turning prospects into customers and keeping existing clients satisfied through proactive communication and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Engage potential clients via phone, email and chat to understand their needs.
• Present tailored solutions and persuade prospects to become customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, conversions and retention activities.
• Support existing clients, addressing concerns and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in conversion or client retention.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and related sales tools.
