Content Manager – Crypto Gaming Platform

About the role

Thrill Labs is looking for a Content Manager to drive the creation and distribution of content across social, community, creator, PR and campaign channels. You will own the content calendar and production pipeline, turning marketing initiatives into engaging material that reflects the Thrill brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing content calendar and production pipeline.
• Coordinate content across social, community, creators, PR and campaigns.
• Develop briefs for copy, design and video production.
• Ensure consistent Thrill tone of voice and brand identity.
• Transform partnerships, events and marketing initiatives into shareable content.
• Track content performance and identify winning formats.
• Develop repeatable content formats and series.
• Work closely with SMM, streaming/influencer, PR and design teams.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in content marketing or production.
• Strong understanding of social‑first content and platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and community sites.
• Ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Familiarity with Gen‑Z creator culture.
• Experience in iGaming, crypto, gaming or entertainment is highly preferred.
