Construction Manager – Paphos

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead the coordination, supervision and execution of all construction projects undertaken by the company in Paphos, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all ongoing construction projects, ensuring works follow approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor daily site operations, guide engineers, site supervisors and foremen, and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
• Prepare and track project schedules, coordinate resource allocation, and report potential delays with corrective actions.
• Obtain, evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, participate in negotiations and monitor construction costs against the approved budget.
• Review measurements, quantities and technical documentation, ensure drawings are up‑to‑date and coordinate with consultants on technical matters.
• Verify completed works, prepare payment certificates and review subcontractor invoices before recommending payments to management.
• Manage team communication, produce regular progress reports and ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary ranging from €3,600 to €4,000, dependent on experience.
• 13th month salary and performance‑based bonus.
• Defined working hours: Monday‑Thursday 08:00‑13:00 & 14:00‑17:30, Friday 08:00‑14:00, Saturday 09:00‑13:00.
