Compliance Team Lead

About the role

IC Markets, a global trading company with over 15 years of experience, is looking for a Compliance Team Lead in Limassol. The role supports the Head of Compliance in coordinating, overseeing and continuously improving the compliance function across regulated entities, combining regulatory expertise with team coordination. It is a full-time, on-site position, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret current and upcoming regulatory requirements, especially in the CFDs, Forex and shares sectors, and advise stakeholders
• Support the Head of Compliance in coordinating the team's day-to-day activities, priorities and deliverables, and act as a central point of coordination
• Maintain records of regulatory obligations, deadlines, projects, outstanding matters and compliance risks, and prepare regular compliance status updates
• Support the Compliance Monitoring Programme, including reviews, corrective actions and regulatory reports and filings
• Review new products, services and business initiatives from a compliance perspective, and support licensing applications and regulator liaison
• Help develop internal policies, procedures and controls, conduct compliance risk assessments and investigate breaches
• Review customer communications and marketing materials, and support the handling of client complaints
• Provide guidance, training and knowledge sharing to team members

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
• 4-5 years of compliance experience, preferably in CFDs, Forex, shares or financial services
• Knowledge of financial services regulation, particularly CFDs and Forex
• Experience across multiple regulated entities or jurisdictions is an advantage
• CySEC Advanced or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Fluency in English; Greek or additional languages are an advantage
