Client Success Specialist – Italian

About the role

The Client Success Specialist (Italian) will represent Axi within the Client Success function, delivering tailored support to traders and partners while strengthening the brand’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, multi‑channel support to standard and premium traders and partners.
• Provide accurate guidance and practical insights to aid client retention.
• Identify trends, share observations with internal teams and influence product roadmaps.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and support market expansion.
• Conduct layer‑1 trade investigations and validations following approved processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑service role, preferably within fintech.
• Native or near‑native Italian with strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication, empathy and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask and prioritize.
• Willingness to work rotating evening and weekend shifts.
