Client Operations Officer

About the role

FxPro, a leading international fintech firm, is seeking a Client Operations Officer to join its growing team in Limassol. You will provide high‑quality support to clients across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless experience while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver proactive support via live chat, email, and phone, maintaining a customer‑centric approach.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently, following up on pending issues.
• Handle daily operational tasks such as KYC verification, transaction processing, and account monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address complex issues and improve client experience.
• Escalate critical matters to senior management when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FX industry.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive, customer‑first mindset.
• Willingness to work a flexible shift schedule (08:00‑16:00 or 16:00‑00:00, 24/5).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures.
• Experience in transaction processing and account monitoring.
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, or cTrader.
