Cleaner - cGMP Facilities

About the role

Remedica, a Cyprus-headquartered EU-based pharmaceutical company, is hiring Cleaners for its facilities in Limassol. You will carry out cleaning and housekeeping across production areas, laboratories, offices and common spaces in line with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company requirements, helping to keep the workplace safe, clean and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Key responsibilities

• Clean production areas, laboratories, offices, restrooms and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work areas.
• Wash production equipment, tools, laboratory instruments and other assigned items according to SOPs.
• Wash and dry staff uniforms as required.
• Collect waste from assigned departments and move it to disposal areas following approved procedures.
• Replenish consumables such as uniforms, caps, gloves, shoe covers, masks, disinfectants and other supplies.
• Follow approved cleaning instructions for equipment, rooms, components and external building perimeters where applicable.
• Wear appropriate protective clothing and uniforms for each work area.
• Ensure all cleaning follows SOPs, Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical school certificate.
• Previous experience in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with colleagues across departments.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, kneeling and lifting.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately; able to handle repetitive tasks consistently.
• Good knowledge of Greek; English is an additional advantage.
