Claims Officer

About the role

KLPP Insurance & Reinsurance Company Ltd, based in Limassol, Cyprus since 2015, is looking for a Claims Officer for a full-time, office-based position. The company covers selected commercial risks with a European focus in insurance and an international scope in reinsurance. The Claims Officer reviews insurance claims, analyses supporting documents and communicates with brokers, clients and lawyers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and review insurance claims.
• Analyse claim documentation and the relevant insurance coverage.
• Prepare correspondence and liaise with brokers, clients and lawyers.
• Maintain accurate claims records and supporting documentation.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in insurance claims handling, insurance or legal practice.
• A good command of written and spoken English is essential.
• Currently based in Cyprus with the legal right to work there without visa sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.
• An advantage: a degree in law or a legal background.
