Chief Marketing Officer (iGaming)

About the role

Join an exciting and challenging opportunity as a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) leading a diverse marketing team in an international iGaming environment. You will shape marketing strategies, drive player acquisition across affiliates and paid media, and manage significant budgets to support the company's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, structure, and develop a marketing team of about 20 people, including affiliates, media buyers, retention, and SEO specialists.
• Own the marketing strategy across all brands and markets, translating it into clear goals, KPIs, and execution plans.
• Drive player acquisition across affiliate, paid media, and other channels, ensuring efficient spending.
• Manage large marketing budgets, focusing on CAC, ROI, payback periods, and cohort/LTV analysis.
• Own brand positioning and creative direction, collaborating with in-house designers and external partners.
• Build retention and CRM strategies to maximize player lifetime value.
• Shape the company's employer brand to support hiring and growth.
• Report regularly to the CEO on performance and results.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior marketing leadership in iGaming.
• Experience in B2C crypto with a focus on user acquisition (valued).
• Proven experience managing teams.
• Background in user acquisition or media buying, ideally at head or director level.
• Experience managing large acquisition budgets with strong grasp of unit economics and cohort analysis.
• Hands‑on knowledge of affiliate marketing and high‑risk traffic sources.
• Strong brand sense and understanding of iGaming brand growth.
• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Fluent English.
• Willing to work from the office in Cyprus (preferred) or Estonia.
