Business Analyst – Machine Learning Team

Mayflower builds digital entertainment experiences used by millions worldwide. As a Business Analyst in the Machine Learning team, you will bridge product vision and engineering execution, ensuring AI‑driven features are well‑defined, testable, and delivered with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders, translating them into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules and edge cases.
• Maintain requirements throughout delivery, managing changes and documenting decisions.
• Create and keep a structured, searchable knowledge base for product behavior and business rules.
• Act as the primary liaison between Product, Design, QA and Engineering, aligning scope, risks, dependencies and constraints.
• Support quality assurance by reviewing scenarios, acceptance criteria and validating shipped features against requirements.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to draft, refine and verify requirements, generate scenarios and keep documentation up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in product development, working with cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Strong data literacy – understanding of data pipelines, sources, availability and quality.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, define business rules and produce clear, testable requirements.
• Fast analytical speed to grasp complex product logic, identify gaps and document behavior for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent documentation skills – concise, consistent, and easy to navigate.
• Hands‑on experience using AI/LLM tools to increase throughput and quality.
• Effective stakeholder management – influence without authority and drive decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Upper‑intermediate English communication skills.
