Senior Salesforce QA Engineer

About the role

Join a fast‑growing FinTech leader as a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer, responsible for ensuring the quality of a mission‑critical CRM platform that supports client onboarding, trading account lifecycles, and regulatory workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own quality for the Salesforce CRM platform supporting high‑volume financial operations.
• Design, build and maintain Playwright automation frameworks for Lightning Web Components and Apex logic.
• Integrate automated test suites into GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and enforce quality gates.
• Manage test planning and execution in QMetry for Jira, ensuring traceability from requirements to defects.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and act as the go‑to authority on Salesforce quality.

Required profile

• 4+ years of testing experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including senior or lead responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, security model, Lightning UI, Apex, and platform constraints.
• Experience in the FinTech or brokerage domain, understanding KYC/AML and trading workflows.
