Brand Copywriter

About the role

Mayflower is looking for a Brand Copywriter to shape and own the product’s brand voice across all marketing channels. You will ensure messaging is clear, distinctive and aligned with the company’s vision, helping to elevate the quality of copy in campaigns, social, CRM, PR and community content.

Key responsibilities

• Write and deliver high‑quality copy for brand campaigns, product marketing, social media, CRM, PR and community channels.
• Develop and maintain a tone‑of‑voice framework and ensure its consistent application.
• Review and elevate existing copy, reducing the need for senior rewrites.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to create integrated campaign concepts.
• Translate product features and updates into clear, on‑brand messaging.
• Leverage AI tools to scale copy production while preserving creativity and brand consistency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, brand or content roles, preferably in digital, entertainment or creator‑led platforms.
• Native‑level English with exceptional writing, tone and voice skills.
• Strong cultural awareness and the ability to craft current, relevant copy.
• Proven ability to write across multiple formats (campaigns, CRM, social, PR, product marketing).
• Comfortable working at pace on several projects simultaneously.
