Barista Supervisor

About the role

Mayflower is seeking a proactive Barista Supervisor to lead the office coffee bar and its team in Limassol. You will be responsible for ensuring a high‑quality coffee experience for employees while managing daily operations and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and supervise the barista team.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Create work schedules, arrange replacements and approve annual leave.
• Manage orders, stock levels and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor team KPIs and keep the POS system and reports up to date.
• Identify process improvements and propose new ideas.
• Resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Computer literate and comfortable using digital systems.
• Fast learner able to work under pressure.
• Flexible, proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Confident in taking ownership and supporting a team.
• Fluent English; Greek or Russian a plus.
