Baby Room Leader (Level 3 Qualified) – Cyprus

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Baby Room Leader (Level 3) to head the 0‑2 year age group in a British‑style early years setting in Cyprus. You will lead a small team of practitioners, create a safe and stimulating environment, and support each child’s development while enjoying an overseas lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of Early Years Practitioners in the baby room.
• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate, curiosity‑led activities.
• Maintain a warm, safe, nurturing environment for babies aged 0‑2.
• Monitor and record children’s progress and developmental milestones.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and welfare regulations.
• Promote high standards of care and education throughout the room.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading a baby room or similar early years setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding requirements.
• Excellent communication and team‑leadership abilities.
