Audit Supervisor (Finance & Tax)

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking an Audit Supervisor to join a client’s finance team in Nicosia. You will lead audit engagements, manage client relationships and ensure high‑quality delivery within statutory deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning through completion.
• Prepare audit working papers and files in line with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Conduct audit testing, substantive procedures, analytical reviews and risk assessments.
• Review trial balances, ledgers, financial statements and supporting documentation.
• Identify audit, accounting and internal‑control issues and communicate findings to clients.
• Supervise and guide junior team members.
• Coordinate with accounting and reporting teams as required.
• Ensure engagements are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Required profile

• Qualified or partly qualified accountant/auditor (ACA/ACCA/CPA).
• 3–5 years of relevant audit experience.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ISA, IFRS and Cyprus statutory audit requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Greek.
• Professionalism, self‑motivation and strong team spirit.
