Associate Director / Director - Financial Advisory

About the role

FRP Advisory, a UK-based business advisory firm with over 900 team members and offices across the UK, Isle of Man and Cyprus, is looking for an Associate Director/Director to join its Financial Advisory team in Limassol. The role is permanent and full time, and suits an ACA (or equivalent) qualified professional with a transaction services background. It covers financial advice, leading financial due diligence, managing client relationships, winning work and overseeing project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction services projects and conduct financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
• Analyse financial statements, management accounts and audit reports, and carry out issue-focused investigations such as revenue recognition, working capital and cash flow
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients
• Build client relationships, advise on commercial considerations and pursue new business through internal and external networks
• Lead project teams of finance professionals, guide them on complex transactions and promote continuous professional development
• Work closely with Partners on engagements and help develop the financial advisory practice

Required profile

• ACA (or equivalent) qualification
• Extensive experience in transaction services and advisory services
• Managerial experience in financial advisory
• Fluency in English and Greek
