Assistant Project Manager

About the role

bbf is a leading fast‑growing property and construction company operating in Cyprus and Greece. The company is expanding its internal team and seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management Department.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and control projects from initiation through commissioning, monitoring budget, schedule and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other stakeholders to define specifications and review technical drawings.
• Attend progress and technical meetings, conduct site inspections and resolve issues on‑site.
• Prepare cost estimations, analyse budgets and report project status to management.
• Ensure compliance with codes, QA/QC policies, health & safety regulations and oversee delivery and commissioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction or related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in the construction industry with solid knowledge of Cyprus contracts.
• Fluency in English; Greek or Russian language skills are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving abilities, able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
