Architect

About the role

bbf is expanding its internal staff and seeks an experienced Architect to join its Development Team in Limassol, Cyprus. The role involves delivering architectural designs, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver architectural design and prepare detailed technical drawings.
• Prepare and review construction documentation ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Research site conditions, regulations, materials, and systems throughout project stages.
• Write specifications of materials and construction methods.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Main Contractors, After‑Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Handle detailing, graphic presentations, site coordination, and reporting.
• Lead project sub‑packages and mentor junior team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken).
• In‑depth knowledge of local planning laws and building regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage time independently and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
