Architect – Design & Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Architect to join our team in Limassol. The role involves planning, designing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they meet functional, aesthetic and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to define project requirements, budgets and timelines.
• Create conceptual designs, sketches and detailed drawings using CAD and BIM tools.
• Manage all project phases, including feasibility studies, site analysis and planning applications.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications and construction blueprints for contractors and engineers.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with plans and regulations.
• Collaborate with structural, electrical and mechanical engineers, contractors and other consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Valid professional licensure to practice architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and negotiations.
• In‑depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations and construction materials.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD.
• Experience using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Ability to produce 3D models and detailed construction drawings.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,500, based on experience.
• 13th salary payment.
