Advocate, M&A, Corporate and Financial Regulations

About the role

KPMG Law is seeking an experienced Advocate to join its Limassol office. The role involves supporting international business reorganisation projects, M&A transactions, and financial services regulation compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in international business reorganisation projects and prepare related documentation.
• Assist with M&A transactions, corporate finance structuring, and company membership arrangements.
• Conduct health‑checks, due diligence, and prepare documentation for M&A activities.
• Provide legal services related to financial services regulation, including reviews, drafting, and specialised due diligence.
• Prepare corporate documents and agreements as part of global compliance offerings.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• University degree in Law with a 2:1 grade or equivalent.
• 3‑4 years of experience in Business, Corporate, or Commercial law.
• Registered member of the Bar Association.
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus Corporate Law, Contract Law and Financial Law Regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
