Advertising Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an Advertising Finance Business Partner to own the commercial finance function for inDrive's Ads business. You will build the financial infrastructure, validate growth plans and provide early‑warning insights as the business scales rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual Ads budget and multi‑year revenue forecasts, including driver‑based modeling for programmatic and direct sales.
• Maintain rolling monthly forecasts in Workday, documenting all assumptions and performing stress‑tests for aggressive and conservative scenarios.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance dashboards, analyze variances, and deliver root‑cause explanations for revenue gaps.
• Develop and maintain a driver‑based financial model linking active users, sessions, impressions, fill rates, eCPM and revenue.
• Partner with Ads leadership to validate strategic plans, quantify inventory risk and challenge unrealistic targets.
• Support marketing ROI measurement, loyalty program economics and product‑driven growth modeling.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance within the advertising or digital media industry.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable financial plans and early‑warning indicators.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a commercial focus and the capacity to work cross‑functionally.
