Accounting Associate

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Associate to join Coral Cyprus and support the Finance Department in delivering accurate and timely accounting services. You will work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure all financial processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Post accounting entries and manage the full customer invoicing process.
• Reconcile bank statements, deposits and vendor accounts.
• Monitor customer balances, perform credit control and debt chasing.
• Participate in monthly closing, internal and external audits.
• Support finance projects aimed at automating accounting procedures.
• Prepare monthly sales reports for the operations department.
• Issue credit notes for promotional schemes and manage RBA network accounting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar accounting role with proven bookkeeping skills.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounts and IFRS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English.

Required skills

• MS Office (including Excel).
• Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with SAP (a plus).
• Bookkeeping and financial reporting.
