Finance and Operations Manager – Larnaca

About the role

RiskMatrix is seeking a multi‑skilled Finance and Operations Manager to lead a small professional team across finance, taxation, legal, operations and human resources. The role sits in senior management and requires strong organisational abilities, a positive attitude and the capacity to liaise with internal teams, clients and external advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts department, ensure compliance in all jurisdictions (Cyprus, UK, Bahrain), maintain accurate records, prepare management accounts, annual financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate annual audits, manage legal and tax obligations, renewals and compliance deadlines.
• Oversee client invoicing, credit control, cash‑flow management and timely payments.
• Maintain payroll, HR records, prepare employment contracts and manage staff resignations.
• Maintain and improve corporate governance policies, monitor project operations using internal tools, and enhance process efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law or related field.
• Professional accountancy qualification and proven experience in multi‑jurisdiction finance, tax and project administration.
• Strong understanding of business operations, compliance and ability to review legal documents.
• High integrity, confidentiality and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
