About the role

The positions – Lecturer or Assistant Professor – focus on Accounting and Data Analytics and offer a reduced teaching load that reflects the candidate’s recent research output.

Required profile

• Doctorate (PhD) in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting and Data Analytics, or a related field.
• For the Special Teaching Personnel (STP) role, a professional qualification such as ACA (ICAEW) or ACCA.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a global mindset.
• Student‑oriented, innovative, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Emotional intelligence and the capacity to engage with diverse learners.
• For Lecturer rank: substantial evidence of teaching and research competence.
• For Assistant Professor rank: at least three years of continuous academic and research experience at reputable institutions.
