3PL Manager – Limassol

About the role

Manages and develops all aspects of logistics, warehousing and order fulfillment for supply‑chain and customer orders. Responsible for implementing process improvements at the 3PL level to ensure optimal costs and on‑time deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, distribution and maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate pricing, billing and data entry in the Mantis logistics system on a daily basis.
• Develop and monitor quotations, cost analyses and profitability for all 3PL services.
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks, manage stock control and conduct annual inventory reconciliations.
• Ensure health and safety compliance for staff, visitors and subcontractors.
• Recruit, train, coach and motivate warehouse personnel while maintaining certifications and performance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar 3PL or logistics management role.
• University degree and high level of computer literacy.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• In‑depth understanding of logistics operations and industry best practices.

Required skills

• Mantis logistics software (data entry, billing and reporting).
• Computer literacy (proficiency with standard office and warehouse management tools).
