Team Lead – Dating Media Buying (Remote, Europe)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing global performance‑marketing agency seeking a senior Team Lead to own and scale high‑budget dating media campaigns across multiple geographies. The role combines hands‑on media buying with leadership of a team of mediabuyers, driving profitability and strategic growth while working fully remote with a few hours overlap with CET.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale high‑budget campaigns across various traffic sources, monitoring performance to meet revenue and ROI targets.
• Develop and execute media‑buying strategies aligned with company growth, exploring new geos, verticals and traffic sources.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of mediabuyers, setting KPIs, managing hiring and fostering an ownership‑driven culture.
• Build and manage relationships with partners, negotiate deals and secure exclusive opportunities.
• Continuously improve internal processes, workflows and campaign structures to ensure scalability.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing with a proven record of managing high‑spend campaigns profitably.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in English.
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring a team and translating strategy into execution.
