Senior CRM Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead data‑driven retention and growth initiatives for our social discovery products. The role combines hypothesis generation, experiment design, and ownership of high‑value CRM programs to boost ARPPU and reduce churn.

Key responsibilities

• Generate hypotheses based on analytical data, customer journey maps and key business metrics.
• Create business specifications and launch experiments across classic CRM channels (email, push, SMS) and on‑product channels (pop‑ups, banners, chats).
• Analyze experiment results and iterate to improve retention of high‑ARPPU clients.
• Own strategic CRM initiatives such as churn prevention and high‑value client retention.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX, development and data analysts to align initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements, new channels and innovative mechanics to meet business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience with CRM/CDP platforms and familiarity with HTML.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, Jira, Confluence and any BI tool.
• Deep understanding of CRM metrics (open rate, click‑through rate, retention, churn) and business metrics (revenue, ARPPU, LTV).
• Fluent in Russian and English (minimum B2 level).
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
