Senior Transfer Agency Specialist

About the role

MUFG Investor Services supports the day-to-day delivery of transfer agency services, including investor onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and investor record maintenance. This full-time position in Limassol also involves reviewing operations, supporting team members and contributing to process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver transfer agency services such as investor onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and record maintenance.
• Review operational activities so transactions are processed accurately, on time and in line with internal controls and procedures.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, investors and internal teams, resolving queries efficiently.
• Monitor and investigate operational issues, making sure risks and exceptions are identified and addressed promptly.
• Support and guide team members, share knowledge and help with workload management and problem solving.
• Contribute to process improvements, projects and initiatives that improve efficiency, controls and the client experience.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Experience in transfer agency, fund administration or a similar client-serving environment is an advantage.
• Understanding of investor servicing and fund operations is helpful.
• Client-focused with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review work, manage priorities and support junior team members.
